GENERATIVE A.I.

- You may not use my art to train AI of any kind
- I do not accept AI generated images for reference

usage

- I reserve the right to post any commissions UNLESS the private commission fee has been specified + paid in full
- Completed art is for the client's personal use only. Client has full permission to use the artwork as they please, as long as you follow these rules:
- Do not claim my art as your own.
- Do not sell my art for personal profit
- I would like to be credited if you use or post my art

EXTRA CHARGES

- Heavy details: mechanical parts / mecha suits, large amounts of scales or feathers, wings, intense gore, blood, or fluids
- extra characters (add 75% of the original price
- Private commissions (add 20% of original price)
- EXCESSIVE last minute changes or EXCESSIVE requests for alterations will be at an additional cost due to increased workload. The rate is $20/hr, see ALTERATIONS below for a better understanding of "excessive".

REFUNDS, W.I.P. SHOTS AND ALTERATIONS

- Mistakes made on my half will be fxed w/o charge
- I do not share WIPS for sketch commissions due to their quick process of completion.
- however, WIPS can be given at the commissioner's request for any other commissions types.
- No refunds for completed work or abandoned commissions, including couples pieces in the case of break ups
- Refunds for cancellations will be calculated to account for work that was completed.
- EXCESSIVE ALTERATIONS: Once I have approval to proceed onto the next step, and 24 hrs have passed, it can be disruptive to the process to continuously change the direction of your artwork. I take no issue with changing your mind - just be confident its what you want so I can make the best art for you!

- must be 18 years of age to commission not safe for work art (this includes drug use and any "technically" safe for work fetishes) proof of age is REQUIRED

ADOPTABLES

TOS for commissions also applies to any designs, adoptables or ideas made by ZENOPHRENIC.- do not heavily reference my designs for commercial use.
- do not resell for more than purchased
- inflated resell prices allowed only when accompanied by either additional personal art or other works that have been approved by the original artist.
